During a recent visit to H K Cafe, arriving just after opening on a Saturday, I was impressed by the quick seating and attentive service, including hot tea that stayed warm throughout the meal. The dim sum carts came by frequently, and the staff happily accommodated my special request when the rice noodle roll I wanted wasn't on the cart, which made the experience feel personalized and welcoming. The dishes, like the BBQ Pork Chow Fun and pan-fried noodles with chicken, were flavorful and generously portioned, making this one of the most efficient and enjoyable dim sum experiences I've had in the Portland area.
