Just tried takeout for the first time and it was really good! Ordered a simple Cheese pizza and buffalo wings, and both were great. The pizza sauce, cheese, and dough were very tasty and possibly the best pizza we've had in the cranberry area. The wings were crispy, and the buffalo sauce was very tasty with just the right amount of heat. Looking forward to trying more of their menu.

We love Supremos Foods. Anytime we have guest we order from Supremos. I love their Italian Hoagies. Yum! Great service, Great food.

***DISCLAIMER***This is an Owner response to Lindsay.

Lindsay wanted to order a Whole Steak Hoagie but the halves be entirely different. What she wrote above does not accurately depict 1) how she had said it over the phone and 2) how she explained it to me via Facebook Messanger (if anyone is reading this to decide to order from us, please message me and I'll send you a screen shot of exactly what she said, we take our business seriously and did. It deserve this review). Long story short, Lindsay wanted to order this:

Whole Steak Hoagie
1st Half, No Green Pepper, Onion, Mushroom, Tomato, or Cheese.
2nd Half, No Green Pepper, Onion, or Tomato.

When our employee (who is actually part of the ownership family) told her we could make this for her but we would need to ring it separately as two halves to ensure it being made correctly since the halves were so different, she got very upset and told her just to make it all one way and they'd pick off what they didn't want.

We try to make sure all of our food goes out correctly, when she messaged us on Facebook I tried to explain our system and reasoning for why we would have to charge it as 2 halves. Each time I told her it was to ensure the food gets made correctly. Not to mention that this was a Friday or Saturday night with items filling up our screens, ticketly printing continuously and our delivery map lit up like a Christmas tree. In these high volume situations it can be extremely hard to put out 100% correct food, by ordering as over complicated as this was (our system is based on removal of toppings for hoagies, not adding, so we would need to type into notes for the Hoagie exactly how she wanted it. I should mention are characters are extremely limited since we fit over 30 items on a screen at a time. However, Lindsay insists she runs a business and would figure out a way to accommodate this, well you don't run this business Lindsay and we did have our way of accommodating your order, you just didn't like the end result. You also didn't like that we sided with our employee who is ownership, who was only thinking of getting your order delivered to you correctly. You put us in a lose-lose situation and now it's come to a 1 Star review, even though you've like our Facebook page since August of 2014 and have had orders consistently since then. You didn't get your way 1 time and now we have to lose you as a customer. That's not what we want either. But if others are going to read your comment, I'm going to get to tell my side of it as well. Social Media always depicts the business as the bad guy, I'm taking a stand to this. We ALWAYS make things right when we're wrong, but I'm sorry, this time we weren't.

We have been ordering Supremos for awhile but never again. I expressed to them how their customer service was terrible but they sided with their employee. I wanted a sub but I wanted mushrooms and cheese on half and not on the the other. They can't do that. I run a business and i was shocked how they handled this. They did nothing to address my problem just addressed why their employee was right. Never will I order from them again:(
