Burgatory offers an inviting atmosphere with cozy, dim lighting and friendly service that immediately puts me at ease. The burgers are juicy and customizable, allowing for a perfect blend of flavors, while the milkshakes are indulgently thick and delicious. Despite a few minor hiccups with the service, the overall experience has me looking forward to returning for another satisfying meal.
