If you don't want to do call in orders why don't you have a message stating your to busy to do call ins where I won't keep redialing over and over expecting someone to answer the phone 😠😡

Ate lunch there today. My husband and I both ordered the combo with the ribs and pulled chicken with 2 sides. The corn was cold you only get 3 little ribs and the serve was not good either, never had the waitress check on us no refills on our drinks. Won't be going back. Pretty sad.

I went to Uncle Gus's in a group of 8 people.We had a good sampling from ribs, pulled pork, salad. Not a one complaint was heard. I had the prime rib sandwich and it was quite remarkable, as well as the sweet potato fries. In a word..perfection !! I can't wait to be in that neck of the woods again to enjoy this wonderful BBQ joint again!

We stopped in after we saw the restaurant after an hour drive. The sign said Prime Rib Friday and Saturday. It was 5:45 when we arrived and went in. As we started to order my husband ordered a Prime Rib and was told they were sold out. I ask the waitress what was the time of the special and she said "5 to 9". I ask her if it was normal to sell out that quickly and her response was " if you want Prime Rib you need to call by four and reserve one". The sign didn't say call and order a prime rib. Can they not cook enough to cover their special? If not is it really a special? Or just for locals who have figured out to call or did they really have them at all. we did order and food was nothing to brag about. I did get to order prime rib sandwich and our local marina has better prime rib sandwiched. the roll my husband got looked like a sister Schubert frozen roll and baked beans just like a brand of canned beans. Would not recommend or plan to go back..UCK

Excellent barbecue in many varieties. My wife particularly likes the brisket. The prime rib on Fri/Sat evenings is excellent! The staff is very friendly and efficient. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
