Quick, friendly service and delicious food make El Ranchito a local favorite. The margaritas here are wonderful and the open layout allows for a comfortable dining experience. The food is as good as anything I've tried in Mexico or other Central and South American countries, and the prices are great too.

The best place to eat in Kingsport, TN. Great food, Friendly staff. Margarita's are the best. Try it you'll love it too.
