I really enjoy the food at Papa Gallo's. It's so tasty, especially their queso. I usually go there on Taco Tuesday; the food is great and the staff is super friendly. It's a fun place to bring the family for some delicious Tex-Mex cuisine.

We drive her from Prosper because the food is so much better than our local Mexican place. They have a special for lunch every weekday. I had the chicken tacos with refried beans and rice. My husband had the same, only beef tacos. My daughter had the chicken enchiladas and charo beans. Everything was delicious. Their hot sauce is homemade and very tasty. Chips are also good. I recommend.
