After a long day of shopping, I stopped for a quick sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and patient service I received from Lauren at the drive-through. She communicated clearly, understood my order despite my hearing difficulties, and even added a kind touch with a complimentary cookie, making the experience enjoyable beyond just the food. The food was fresh and well-prepared, the atmosphere clean, and the staff polite, making this visit a positive one I look forward to repeating.
