Sometimes this is my absolute favorite place like when Katy the manager is working everything is perfect! Other times like when she is not there oh my gosh they just are a darn mess. The waitresses are too busy gossiping to take your order half the time or they totally just lack the point of customer service and mess up everything possible. Forgetting to bring silverware, plates, and anything else you ordered. I love this place but it is hit and miss on service. If the manager of the servers is there it is awesome and the other servers are just not together. The food is always good and I highly recommend the calzone! It is my favorite thing and it's always good!

I ate here for the first time about a month ago when I went to the new Bass Pro. Loved it! I got the Ham Capp sub then, and just placed a take out order for another. Sent my husband on a 40 minute round trip to pick it up. LOL The staff the night we were there were very nice and attended to our every need.

Had many good dining experiences when they were at exit 10 , since the move I've been there at least 5 times . Went when they first opened, the service and the food was terrible . We gave them a few weeks hoping it would be better... NOT... The food is pretty pricey too. I decided due to the annoying service I would just order take out . Even that was bad I still had to wait ten minutes on my food... The waitresses argue with waiters while at Ur table and talk down about the owners being lazy the last time and my final time I was there for lunch. I met with business colleagues and we couldn't talk business or enjoy our meal because of the staff standing at our table talking bad about the owners.. This was at 1:00 in the day... So, I'll never ever takes colleagues or friends or myself back there ! It's a shame ..... When I think about how good the food and staff was at exit 10. Take Ur hard earned money elsewhere would be my suggestion :(

Had wings and pizza from the Bristol, TN location and I was very pleased with the food and service. So glad they built a location there!!

This place has moved to HWY 11w near the Hospital....I ordered takeout tonight. It is the first time I've eaten their food. I was craving either a thick crust or a "Chicago Style" Deep Dish. The choices for that are pretty slim in Bristol to start with.
So I ordered the "Windy City" Chicago Style pie. The crust was right; thick & deep along the edges, and thin to the center. It also tasted fairly good. Also, the staff was very friendly. But this is where my compliments end. Not much else was right.
The sauce was just So-So. It really didn't pop. I ordered Pepperoni, Bacon, & Hamburger on it. I got Sausage instead of Hamburger. The Bacon was mostly fat. The pepperoni was good though. The cheese was plentiful but bland.
My biggest and most important complaint is that it was not cooked in the Chicago Style. The sauce was on the bread; underneath the toppings & cheese!!! As anyone who has eaten real Chicago Style pizza knows the sauce is on top. You have, from bottom to top, Crust, a layer of Cheese, and then multiple layers of Toppings & Cheese until you get to the top. That is where the sauce has always been on every other Chicago Style pizza I've ever eaten.
The reason for this is because Chicago Style usually has a thin bottom crust; and this one does have that. It is done that way because the sauce seeps into the thin bottom crust & makes it very "Doughy". This one did that. It was like raw pizza dough. A layer of cheese would have prevented this from happening.
It was definitely better than "Chain Restaurant" pizza. And I would say that their "hand tossed" pizzas would be great done this way. But please stay away from the "Windy City" pizza.
