A co-worker recommended Totoy's Filipino Restaurant to me, so I decided to give it a try during my lunch break while working in the area. Using GPS, I navigated to the address which led me into a neighborhood instead of the expected shopping center, causing a slight delay in my plans. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the flavorful pancit that was fresh, well-seasoned, and not greasy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making my dining experience enjoyable and the overall visit worthwhile.
