Been buying pizzas since the business opened love the thin crust had one delivered yesterday as soon as I saw it knew it was different had bread looking crust called and asked why the change was told same as always not true

The last two times the food was cold and waited one and half hours for delivery .I have been overcharged once still waiting for refund. The chicken wings were greasy and taste bland

Sorry to hear about the person that complained about juice dripping down her are while eating a Philly cheese steak. They are supposed to be drippy and juicy. Must be from Florida. My daughter loves this place and so do many of my co workers. I have yet to dine there but I plan to soon!!!!!

Have been ordering from Pizza Plus since it opened in 2010 and the food and service have always been good until this last order. One of the subs was incorrect and when I called the girl said I order something else. When I ordered I even repeated the order. The store even called back to reconfirm part of the order. When they brought the second sandwich the order was wrong again. I even had the delivery drive look at the sub to confirm that it was incorrect. He called the store and the manager told him to bring back both sandwiches. After waiting 35 minutes I called the sore to be told that the manager would not speak to me and that a refund was placed on the credit card. I told the girl that I was never told that a new sandwich was not coming and that I would hold for the manager. She told me that manager was not going to come to the phone and that she was not aware I was not called to say a new sandwich was not coming. My advise; make sure you speak slowly and repeat your order, then have them repeat it back to you. Don't ever expect to speak to the manager.

I purchase the Philly steck and cheese sub. It was soooo greasy the the grease dripped down my hand while eating it and very sloppy.. No good at all!!
