I ordered a sub special. Order taken correctly. Sup special cost me $15.00. The person who made the order made it wrong, fries were cold and do you know I called and they had the audacity to tell me that it was NOTHING they could do about it!!! It's there policy of no refunds!!! I couldn't believe it!! I was shocked!!!! I will never order from them again. That is not how you do business to make an order incorrectly and then tell someone that it's not there problem. Ridiculous!!!!!!
