The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food, with more than one dessert option to choose from. The service was friendly and considerate, contributing to a pleasant dining experience in a beautifully decorated country-themed setting. We dined at the restaurant twice during our late September vacation, enjoying both off-the-menu options and the lunch buffet, and my favorite dishes were the country fried steak with white gravy, salad, and banana pudding.

We frequently eat at the Sawmeal. The buffet and menu choices are very good. Among my favorites are the cheeseburger and patty melt from the menu. Buffet favorites include teriyaki chicken and peach cobbler. Enjoy

My family has enjoyed eating at this restaurant many times and invited out of town family to go there over the holiday weekend. They drove 150 miles and then we drove another 50 to eat there and the food was awful. 2 ordered the seafood buffet which is usually good, but was just ok this time, the 3 ladies ordered steaks. Mine was so tough it was crunchy so I ate none of it, but a little salad, they charged me $5.50 for the salad bar. We will not be going back to the Sawmeal.
