We arrived around 4:30 pm for a birthday dinner and were amazed by the long line of people eager to dine inside, which quickly became clear why once we experienced the gorgeous interior and exceptional service. The hibachi filet mignon was cooked perfectly, paired with delicious fried rice and grilled vegetables, while the fresh sushi and attentive waitstaff made the entire evening truly memorable.

Yesterday at 4:30pm, we arrived for a birthday dinner and were met with a long line of eager diners waiting to experience this popular spot. The interior was stunning, with a variety of seating options including Hibachi tables and a sushi bar. Our waitress provided exceptional service as we enjoyed flavorful dishes and cocktails, making for a memorable dining experience.

I order from Hokkaido on a weekly bases to go. On occasions there is something wrong so I call speak to the manager. He tells me to come back I'll fix it and I explain I live 30 minutes away but I've taken a pic and have my receipt to show you when I come back in. He tells me that do I expect him to take my word against theirs, this blew me away what business manager would say this to a customer. Your customer service skills need some work and this is not the first time you have handled the situation so badly.
