I pulled into the Arby line at precisely 1pm. After ordering and waiting in line for 20 minutes I had to leave to keep a 2pm appointment. Sorry about ordering and then leaving but this was no "fast food service". When I left there were still two cars ahead of me. I like your sandwiches but will not be back for a long time. Would give a zero rating if that were possible. 5/24/2021

Pulled into the drive thru sat and waited for over six minutes and no one asked to take our order. So with cars behind us we pulled up to the window and told the woman that no one asked to take our order and all she said was you must not have pulled up far enough and then went on about her business. REALLY!? Not good business
