The food here is always delicious and consistent, especially those warm, flaky biscuits that I can't get enough of. The service is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable, whether it's for lunch or dinner. One time, after a rough day, the staff made me feel right at home, and the brisket chili was just the comfort I needed.

The service at this establishment is consistently prompt and efficient. The food offered is consistently delicious, particularly the biscuits which I thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to revisiting in the future for another great dining experience.

Food was lukewarm at best. Pork was very dry. Fries somewhat raw and limp. Overall experience.... Not good again. I stress the again part. Drive thru food was horrible few weeks before. I give up on this Jasper store.

The only reason I gave this a terrible rating is because of stupidity and a lying or misinformed manager who refused to serve a beer with lunch without seeing my i.d. I am 72 years old and I refused so he refused to serve me as he said it was the "law" and that is FALSE because I went through this with Jim 'n Nick's in Cullman and it has since been resolved. It may be a policy with this Jasper franchise, but certainly not a "law" nor ABC regulation. Needless to say, my wife and I left and will NOT return until we receive an apology and not ever asked to see i.d. again. There are plenty of other restaurants we will do business with. We went across the street and had a good meal and adult beverages.
