The one in Florence is clean and the food and service is great. We eat there often.

Gray friendly environment. Nice place to eat. . Which I highly recommend it.

We love jacks, but the last few times we have been there, the chicken pieces were very, very small and old tasting. They are very skimpy on the gravy, and overall we don't feel this particular jacks held up to jacks standards.
