I often visit Jack's for a quick bite on my way to work, typically grabbing an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. During my recent stop at around 6 pm for their featured iced coffee, I was informed politely through the drive-thru speaker that they were out of this item. This experience was a bit surprising as I had never encountered them being out of iced coffee before, but overall I have noticed significant improvements in their service recently. The staff is always friendly and the food quality has been consistently good, making Jack's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
