I arrived at Taco Bell in Moulton, Alabama at 11:05 a.m. on May 20, 2020. There were three cars ahead of me. Every order seemed to take an extremely long time for "fast food". I did not pull out of the parking lot until 11:25 a.m. My order consisted of two regular tacos and one bean burrito. This amount of time seems a little extreme. I have eaten at several Taco Bell Restaurant's and I am never in line for more than 5-10 minutes, even when the cars are backed up worse than today. Most of the time it is less than 5 minutes. Maybe they need a new manager, maybe more employees, I really don't know. I don't think I will be eating at this location again. The one star is for service, the food was pretty good.
