It's been ages since I visited Tate's, but their BBQ still reigns supreme for me, with that incredible smoked flavor and my go-to Carolina vinegar sauce. I always make a point to stop by when I'm in the area, though their hours can be a bit unpredictable, which is a bummer because I just can't get enough of their pulled pork sandwiches!
