The pepper chicken dish at the mall food court exceeded my expectations, with its flavors standing out. The Hawaiian chicken with its sweet and tangy red sauce was a pleasant surprise, though the egg rolls and rice were average. It's interesting to see two Chinese food options at the Gadsden Mall, but the quality and taste were comparable between the two. The pepper chicken has won me over and I will likely return for it in the future.
