Very disappointed. Always loved Hooks but tonight that was changed. I called in and made an order for nachos and a bbq plate, when my fiance got home i had no meat or sour cream, just chips, lettuce and queso. I called and told them and they asked if i could come back to get it. Even tho i only live 5 mins outside of town when I got there the girl handed me a small ball of tinfoil of meat, not in a bag, no apology for the mess up and having to drive back up there. Very disappointed. If i could post a picture on here i would.

So here's the deal. You come in, get your number and then order. Once you have your meal sit down and enjoy. We tried the ribs and pulled pork this time. Both outstanding.
