I went through the drive-through In order at 3 piece with 2 legs and wing my wings like they were just sitting there and my legs look like they have been reheated from yesterday this was at 10:30am today.

I recently went through the drive through and placed an order. The customer service was horrible. I had to repeat my order four times.
At the pay window the young lady had a serious
Bad attitude and asked me again what was my order. I told her again. She then told me the total cost, which was three times more than what I ordered. I told her that it had to be someone else's order, so I gave the food back to her. I had to give my order again and pull over and wait twenty more minutes. She didn't apologize for the mix up or say thank you. These new employees have the worse attitude, no common courtesy, or intelligence. Popeyes need to train their new employees better and teach them proper customer service.
This happened at the Popeyes in Anniston Alabama on Quintard Avenue.
