Whenever I'm in town, I swing by Jack's for a quick and satisfying meal. The friendly staff and clean interior make for a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast menu is a standout, with quick service and tasty chicken biscuits that beat other fast food options.

I work for Jacks in Alexandria, Al. I love all my customers and co~workers☺️. Today was such a bad day. I was getting off at 1pm. There was customer getting upset and asked me why is it taking so long for them to take his order? I said, "I'm sorry sir, theres only one register opened due to covid~19. They will get to you as soon as they can I'd get you but, I'm off." He gets upset and says,"Thats everyones excuse." I thank the customers that understand what it is that we are going through. But I wish that the ones who don't understand don't take it out on us. Call CDC and tell them. We don't make the rules, we just follow them for everyones health and safety.....Plus I'd like to say sorry for all the waiting in drive~thru today. Are credit card machine crashed today. Thanks and I love each and every one of you.
