The restaurant we visited in Gulf Shores had amazing food that was cooked fresh to order. Despite having a large party, the staff was incredibly accommodating and the atmosphere was so enjoyable that the wait didn't bother me at all. It's definitely one of the best places to dine in the area, whether you're a local or just visiting on vacation.

The Galley Restaurant was a local favorite for decades until it was closed due to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. For 8 long years it sat empty until a few months ago it reopened and has been a local to go place. Great menu, affordable price points, and off the river deck, the local wildlife, fish and turtles come begging for the food pellets available. One of our local picks for our Airbnb guests.
