excellent food and staff

I have dined with you since your start in the two bbq places. Your first two chicken finger places were great. I no longer live in Opelika but return to the cemetery a few times a year. We were distressed a few months ago by the way the "kids" were running the place on the weekend, but let it slide. We were by there on the afternoon of 6/22/11 and found the chicken over cooked and the sauce somehow different. I hope the additions to your menu have not caused this lessening of quality in your chicken. I doubt you'll be losing many customers, but I hate to see you lose your direction.
