6:30 am 6/7/15. I'm traveling to columbus Ga from Birmingham al. I pull into the drive through and sit there for 3 or 4 min. When there was no response I pulled around to the window. After about a minute of unlocking the window very haphazardly. She acted annoyed that I wanted to ask a question. She said our system was down and they couldn't serve anything. I asked if they gave any thought to posting a sign on the drive through station since there was a line of cars behind me. She then preceded to say the exact same thing. That their system was down. I guess it didn't register what I was suggesting. That's why I would never own a place like that. I would fire them all daily and have to start over. Good luck. Your going to need it.
