The service was horrible! It took 30 minute before our order was taken and an hour of sitting there before food arrived. Meanwhile people coming in after us were served and already leaving before our food arrived. I let the waitress know that I was displeased and got nothing more than an "I'm sorry". When I cashed out, no one even asked about my visit and service, even though the manager was standing right beside of us. Because no one bothered to inquire about our service, I was forced to write my grievance on the ticket before leaving. I promise I will never return and will advise everyone to make sure that you don't have to work on a day that you decide to have breakfast at this establishment.
