I made an Online order at the Bessemer location 01/03/22. Had the Meatloaf w/3sides. The meatloaf wasn't warm, hardly had any sauce & it was dry. The mash potatoes w/gravy was just like a mashed up ball in the cup. Wasn't mash potatoes at all. The turnip greens wasn't warm & they seem like they was straight out of the can. No seasoning at all. The dumplings had about 5 lil small dumplings in a cup of something looks like milk, not warm. We also had the Southern fried chicken dinner w/2 sides. Wasn't warm at all. And, the children Cheeseburger sliders w/side. That burger was no bigger than a 50 cent piece. Everything was just a waste of money.
