I stopped by the drive-thru near closing time on a Sunday night and found the employees to be friendly and the food tasty. It was convenient to grab a quick meal so close to home.

Listen I have never left a review in my life but I couldn't help it, I love Jacks but I hate this particular one! The staff is very rude and unhappy people, it will show in the food. The person who took my order did opposite of everything I asked and seemed like he didn't want to take it in the first place, I figured I'd be welcomed more by the person handing me my food no smile, hey or bye and on her phone the complete time. It's unfortunate I live close and my daughter loves Jacks but it's sincerely not worth the service or long wait anymore.. just go find what you love to do instead of navigating in low vibrations! Disgusting, shut it down already

Food was good , the dinning area floor had a sticky spill on it no one said anything to the gentleman who sat at the table right in front of me where their was a sign that statement table closed ...
