Pasquale's remains a reliable choice for pizza and pasta, offering quick service, reasonable prices, and a casual, local atmosphere that differs from franchise chains. The menu features classics like meatball hoagies, calzones, and chef salads, all consistently well-prepared with a flavorful tangy marinara and fresh ingredients. The interior has a vintage feel, and despite minimal allergy options and closely spaced tables, the friendly staff and quality food make it worth visiting again.

The wife and I drive from Irondale a few times a month to Gardendale for sum Pasquale's. I get the Stromboli steak sandwich, spaghetti, and a salad or coleslaw. Lynn
either gets a meatball samich or a pizza, but what we always get is Pasquales famous garlic butter hoagie loaf
baked a tad longer. same as for the extra loaf we always get"¦ The lady at the register is fairly friendly but the dude in the back really isn't"¦. but at least he gets the samich right.

I love the meatball hoagie so much and the chef salad! Food is always good and service is great!

Pricing has went overboard since the reopening from fire damage. There's no longer a buffet but it's advertised on the window. A sandwich plate is almost $14 and the basic spaghetti was dry with very little sauce. I love this place but sadly I will not be going back due to pricing.
