The chicken quesadilla was a revelation, bursting with flavor, and the cinnamon nachos were an indulgence I can't stop thinking about. Little Rosie's has been a comforting constant in my life, evoking a sense of home every time I walk through the doors. With consistently exceptional food and a welcoming atmosphere, it's no wonder this is my first stop whenever I return to Huntsville.
