It's unbelievable how the management treats certain customers. This morning I sent my wife to get breakfast for me and my family. When my wife arrived she already had in mind what we wanted to eat. But my elderly mother changed her mind at the last minute Because she was told that her eggs could not be scrambled... So instead my mother said she wanted to go with the breakfast platter at krystals. When my wife got up to the window she told the manager the dilemma and asked if she could take off the platter but that we were going to buy everything else. The manager then proceeded to catch a attitude... and honestly do believe it's because my wife is white. I'm black by the way. The manager told my wife that she was not going to take it off and cashed her out anyways and then refused to give a refund. This treatment is unacceptable! I recommend if you are wanting to have good customer service to go elsewhere. I will be taking this to corporate and what other avenues I have to take it to through to make sure that there is a correction.
