Today is new years day. I wanted shrimp from Harts. The time was 6:00pm. Went through the drive thru. The shrimp were Horrible! They were cold and hard. Rhe tots were cold, the cole slaw was runny with too much juice in it. They have the nerve to want to charge you 33cents for tartar sauce. Hart's Fried Chicken use to be better! What Happened?

Ordered a 8pc ask for 3 spicy thighs and the other pcs mild, she gave me all spicy, cook and cashier arguing about someone else order, they had been waiting 30 minutes for their order, the cashier was trying to help the customer, she asked the cook what was wrong she wasnt trying to help and she said I'am tired, if she tired she should have gone home, instead if messing up everybody order. Poor customer service

On 4/11/18@12:44 pm order# 456121 Server Darunka I ordered a Liver dinner for myself and a gizzard dinner for my husband, the livers tasted as if they had been refried, and the there were 5 gizzards in his box and 41 chicken hearts ! repeat 41 chicken hearts. I took his box back and the cashier took them to the kitchen and talked to the lady that served the box to the window , these two ladies both argued with me and insisted the little harts were gizzards.

the cashier asked if I wanted another box, i told her no because this was not an oversite, i had gone by the tables of several younger people, and their food looked very satisfactory, we are a senior couple, and I have been on Chemo 6 years and eat out a lot. But we will never patronize this rest. again. Thank YOU

This site needs more information.
I have eaten a Hartz, Saraland before and the food and service is very good and I plan eat there today.
