During my recent trip to Mobile, I discovered an incredible barbecue joint tucked away in a neighborhood. The ribs were unbelievably tender, and the collard greens and potato salad tasted just like home-cooked meals. Despite its unassuming exterior and small dining area, the delicious food and friendly service made it a memorable experience worth repeating.
