Pepe's North of the Border in Barrow, Alaska offers delicious breakfast options, including wonderful French toast. Adjacent to the Top of the World Hotel, the restaurant boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere with unique decorations. The food may be a bit pricey, but the overall experience, including receiving an Arctic Circle certificate, makes it worth a visit.
