Located inside a small mall area, it looks fun, a little pricey, but worth a try. We ordered the Clam Chowder Bread Bowls and a pound of Crab Legs. We had to stand up and wait for the Crab Legs and were told it would be another 20 minutes for our soup. We sat on a plastic table with paper on it and attempted to eat the prickly crab legs without a cracker, hammer, or anything but a plastic fork. By the time we got the meat out it was cold. The soup did not come for 45 minutes, so we walked to the counter and heard her tell another gentleman that it would be 15 minutes for his soup. That would make it an hour for ours. I noticed the box on the counter said IVARS CLAM CHOWDER on the outside. Which was fine, I love Ivars soup. When she finally delivered it to us, it was cold all the way through and it was the IVARS condensed, but she did not add the milk, so it was AWFUL! She ended up refunding our soup price, and without an apology. It was by far the worst eatery I have been to in Ketchikan and we did not get to finish shopping before we had to board the ship because we spent a long time just waiting for our uncooked soup. Two Thumbs DOWN!
