Bring cash if your total is less than $15, as they only accept cash for small amounts. The chicken fried rice is delicious and the service is quick, but I've had better experiences elsewhere before. The sushi dishes were good, but I prefer traditional unsweetened flavors and was disappointed that they were out of uni, my favorite.

Good food and great service

We ate several times at this restaurant. The food is good, but the service is very slow. One time we had to wait more than an hour because the main cook did not show up for work. At our last visit the main waitress(behaved like she was in charge of everything, very bossy) offered us a table next to the restroom door at the back of the restaurant even though there were plenty of other tables available. After we declined that table we were seated at another one. The menu was given to us and when asked for a drink list she loudly and rudely said that she didn't bring one because in the past we didn't order drinks. This made us very uncomfortable.

Every time I visit I Love Sushi in Anchorage, The service is excellent, the food is excellent, and they now have live entertainment on the weekends. Clean too!
