The food here consistently impresses me, with fresh, flavorful sushi and well-prepared dishes like spicy rainbow rolls, combo yakisoba, and perfectly cooked salmon. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating, even going out of their way to help with special requests or late takeout orders. Although the ambiance is cozy and the service can be a bit slow at times, the quality and taste of the food make every visit worthwhile, making it a favorite dining option whenever I'm in Anchorage.

At first I thought it was reasonably priced then I got my food and realized how much of a ripoff. The chicken tasted disguising. I got yakisoba, I thought that was impossible to mess up, apparently I was wrong. Will not be going back.

Although the food was acceptable, the service was terrible. The food came out slowly and unevenly, with one in the our party not receiving their appetizer dish until the end of our meal. For a first experience to Japanese food I would not recommend this restaurant.
