We have lived in Thailand for an extended time a number of years ago. Lan Pad Thai is the real thing - authentic Thai food cooked and served by Thais. Excellent food. One important thing, though, is that they are also authentically Thai with regards to the heat of the food. If you order medium heat, you will get what most places would call high or maximum heat - also excellent but too hot for lots of people. Of course you can order low or no heat as needed.

Had a shrimp purse appetizer that was delicious. The Thai iced tea was good, but its hard to mess up tea. Ordered pad thai for main meal and the portion was not what I expected, but it was not to small either. After digging into the plate it turned out to be rather large plate of food. Excellent taste and decent price. Appetizers and dinner $25.00 now I can swallow that!

We ordered four different dishes. All excellent. Best Thai food I have had in Anchorage. And they deliver!

I went to Lahn Pad Thai for the first time.., my friend told me it's her favorite place...she' was right! The food was sooooooooooo good..and looked very pretty...service was fast and friendly.
This is my new favorite Thai place.
