We ordered a lot from this place. I called them to place an order and they told me I was lying. When I called and told them they missed some food items from our order they told me to remind them next time I order. I did and they said I was lying so no more order from our family. The food was late and they forgot to give food we order.

Mostly good food, but staff is brainless and/or rude, delivery in the same neighborhood takes over an hour, prices keep going up with quality going down. Sad, they used to be a 5 star.

My family orders from them every once and awhile. They are our go-to for Chinese. We usually build our own Palace combo (2 entrees, rice of your choice, soup or veggies). We haven't really had a bad experience before and they've always been very friendly. We rarely get delivery, rather we pick it up ourselves. It's not stand out amazing, but it is very good for this type of food, and seems consistent. We'll keep coming back whenever the mood for Chinese food hits us.

Just stopped to get daily special ~ a waste of my money. Food has really gone down hill in the past months. Save your money ~ don't go here.

I'm writing this review for the tempura shrimp only. Everything else I've ever had there was very good. The batter on the shrimp was thick and soggy. Tempura is suppose to be thin and crunchy. Even worse than the batter.....THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE SHRIMP! You charge $10 for six uncleaned, soggy shrimp. Don't waste your money. My shrimp went in the garbage.

Called in for delivery. Prices on the menu supposedly changed. It was way more than what it was suppose to be. Delivery guy did not have change, did not give us utensils, and we ordered gyoza and they forgot it. We never called back to complain. This will be our last time though. This will be the 3rd chance. It's because I work close by.

The food was mediocre the last 3 times we ordered. The snow pea shrimp only includes 2 shrimp. We ordered chicken and received pork. The worst part was the young girl that took the order. She made a mistake and didn't charge the correct amount. She called our office back, didn't ask for the card holder, quickly said she was going to recharge the card after a void and hung up. I didn't give authorization for this and when I called back to say not to charge card again, it was already done. i was then told I would see a refund and I haven't. I talked to the manager later and he basically told me screw you. THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If the food was outstanding I may have not been quite as mad, but all in all a terrible, sh-tty place.

This food rocks my socks, it's got good pricing comparatively to it's competition, china garden and panda express and it tastes much better! Keep in mind it's a small establishment and there's only one in town so delivery might take a little longer sometimes, but if it has taken the driver so long to get to your house ask him if he can wait for a second to check if the food is still hot, usually it's always fresh despite the 60-80min wait time. The place is usually busy for delivery and for good reason, it's great food at a great price.

Placed my delivery order at 5:30pm called at 6:30 to let them know it had been an hour wait and that it would have been nice if someone had informed of that. When 7:30 rolled around I called again informing them that the amount of time it was taking was ridiculous and I wanted a refund, which I was told was no problem.

The driver (manager) showed up to my door, handed me the food and got the receipt out for me to sign. I told him I was not paying. I waited practically 2 hrs for this food. He told me he couldn't do that and that they had been really busy, he was the only driver, etc.(more excuses, without ever apologizing for the wait) I informed him that I had called the establishment and was told I would be refunded. I reached for my phone to call Sweet pepper so he would believe me and he then informed me that he was indeed the manager! He then told me if I kept the food I was stealing. I told him he would never get my business again and he said "THAT'S FINE!" I guess as a customer I am expendable...

I have spent a lot of money at Sweet pepper and enjoyed there food but will NEVER give them my another cent of my money for the way I was treated!

I love this place i use to go there all the time when i was a kid. Best Egg flower soup and orange chicken. Always at the top of my list. You have to try it :D

I LOVE THE FOOD. EVERYTHING HAS A TOUCH OF SWEET EVEN THE SPICY. I ORDER ALOT FROM THEM. THEY ARE MY NUMBER ONE CHINESE FOOD SPOT. THEY ARE ALWASY REALLY BUSY,BUT THEY GET THE FOOD TO YOU FAST. I GET DELIVERY ALSO. AND THE FOOD IS STILL WARM.
