I'm head over heels for Bell's Cafe, where the hot chocolate is rich, the prices are a steal, and the free Wi-Fi makes it perfect for lounging in their sprawling garden surrounded by sunshine and flowers. Sure, they serve Kaladi coffee (which tastes like a campfire gone wrong), but the fabulous teas from the Republic of Tea make up for it in spades!
