This town rates food on a five-star scale, and when I give it that rating, it means the food is definitely better than what's available nearby. The Philly cheesesteaks were tasty, with perfectly melted cheese and a nice, soft bun, though I felt the prices were a bit steep. Overall, the service was solid, and the atmosphere was chill, making it a good spot for a casual meal.

Slow service, cold food. Poor quality from the kitchen and bad attitude to put soogy and cold limp food out to people, How would you like it.

Pricey, greedy and a long long wait. They never seem to have enough waitresses?
They have good food but you are paying premium prices.

Food Factory is in their new building now but must be having problems. We recently called to place an order & were told that they were to busy & they couldn't take any orders. Tonight we called to place an order for pickup & were told it would take an hour so we decided to take our business to Brewsters instead.
