Awesome food great service

I have eaten at the Last Roud Up so many times. Customer service went down the hill. 10 orders, always wrong. Talked with the owner, he apologizes, convinced me to give it another try. After a long waiting period I made the biggest mistake of trying them again. You would think with the prices raised they would get the order right. Honey mustard for a salad, well salad went into the trash. Jalapeños on a burger when I asked for jalapeño poppers. They keep saying they're sorry but NO they're not. The manager talks and jokes about all complaints to other patrons and yells at you when you do complain. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Don't care what the owner says, it's not worth paying the prices to not be able to eat the food.

I have been eating at the Last Roundup for years... I called in an order today for pickup and the price of my meal went up $4... that's a 50% increase. Apparently the new owner raised prices. They have lost my business!!!
