Every meal here has been consistently delicious, with dishes like the Honey Apple Halibut and Bourbon Street Shrimp standing out for their rich flavors and perfect preparation. The friendly, attentive staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes dining an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Whether enjoying the great wine selection or the well-crafted cocktails, this restaurant in downtown Fairbanks always delivers exceptional food and service that keeps me coming back.

We arrived in Fairbanks this afternoon and were looking for a place to have dinner. Luckily, we stumbled upon Lavelle's, located in Springhill Suites. They have a varied menu and everyone is sure to find something to love. I had the tastiest crispy duck on a bed of mixed greens with chí¨vre and grapes, topped by a dressing of balsamic vinaigrette. My husband opted for sliced steak-cooked perfectly- over his salad. Despite the extensive wine list, we had to pass, since we are going on a northern lights tour this evening. We may have to sneak in another visit while we are here. The staff is friendly, attentive and efficient.
