I enjoyed the large, flavorful portions of authentic Mexican dishes like enchiladas, tamales, and fajitas served with friendly, attentive service in a cozy atmosphere near downtown Juneau, where the staff accommodated my vegetarian requests and the homemade chips and spicy salsa perfectly complemented the meal.

I savored the chips, cheese, and tacitos at El Sombrero in Juneau, Alaska. The hearty portions and flavorful dishes made for a satisfying meal. The welcoming staff and cozy ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a delightful find in this Alaskan town.

Living in Juneau we are limited to our choices. I can say that the food is equivalent to TV dinners. Nothing special here folks. Although it is better than any other mexican food in town...and that's not saying much.

A long time favorite of locals and visitors. The owners and staff are always ready welcome guest. They have won a number of awards for there service and cooking. Named in the New York Times as a must experience Restaurant when in Juneau, Alaska. The Enchiladas are some of the best I have ever tasted.

The BEST cheese enchilada I have ever had. The sauce is incredible and the Ala cart serving is huge! Wish we could find another Mexican restaurant this great in southern Nevada!
