I had the extreme displeasure of trying to have lunch at BK today (11/23/08) The customer ahead of me was totally ignoged by the cashier, Elliottfor at least 5 minutes. So were my wife and I. He appeared to be mentally somewhere in left field. We walked out with out odering as there was no one to take our order. Elliot ran out to the car to appoligize but it was too late for us. We went to Sonic instead and were waited on instnatly.
