I was there on Saturday and the pizza was cold horrible I need my refund I'm never going back again

My husband and I went to CiCi's for a date and it was so much fun! Also a man named Jesse kept the restaurant very clean and he was willing to make pizzas that I like with no hesitation or complaining about it. It was such a smooth evening thank you so much jesse!
