The chicken parmigiana and salad were delicious, served with a friendly smile in a cozy atmosphere. Despite being the only diner, the place was spotless and inviting. The combination of great food quality and reasonable prices make it a worthwhile dining experience.

Pasta Jacks was my favorite ...until recently. I ordered garlic chicken and penne pasta , to go. Expecting to wait for a little while, I was surprised when my order was up very quickly. When I got home I discovered the reason. The pasta had been prepared ahead of time and obviously soaking in water. This was not an accident, just laziness. Very disappointed! I will be going to the Benton store next time.

Whenever we are in Benton(quite often) we always eat at Pasta Jacks (Benton or Bryant location.) Love it. Bring one to Shreveport Now. Robert, Donna Pennington
