There is a reason why this restaurant is out of business, When the guy who owned the place was there the food was really good but when he was off location doing catering jobs you can tell it in the food quality. You could tell by the taste of the food and the way the staff acted he wasn't there the second you stepped in the place. When he was gone the food on the buffet was cold not not there. The wait staff was to busy off in the corners standing looking out the window or playing around in the back all the time his wife who was runny the place while he was out would set around playing on here phone or holding a family reunion at one of the tables in the corner. Not once would she break a simple smile or act any way interested what was going on in the place, nor a care either. She ruined the business to much as people started going to Crossroads Catfish..
