When I order food on DoorDash My food is never right!!! You charge me for what I ordered but I don’t get all my food! Always have to call and have them take it off ! Customer service needs attention!!!

I ordered grilled chicken salad. Portion was huge! Grilled chicken was perfect and the homemade dressing was awesome. So glad to not see the prepackaged mess restaurants serve these days with all unhealthy add ins. Great job on the food! The staff was super nice and accommodating!

We had to wait a while for a hostess. She never did come so a waitress finally seated us. Then the whole table was sticky. We ordered and waited a very long time for our order and it was wrong. She took it back and ordered the correct thing so another wait time. The only redeeming thing was the food was tasty after all that. Very disappointed.

Dirty. Literally watched a waiter sweep off a table with the same broom he was using on the floor. Did not wash down table after, just arranged condiments and set it up for next customers.

Just ordered wings tasted them man bad taste half done. Will not eat there again.

The only place in Jonesboro to guarantee a great meal. Consistently incredible. Best wait staff around and the kitchen is packed with a staff who not only cook, but also care about what they put out.

Ordered meatloaf with mash potatoes and vegetables , got to small pieces of meatloaf, they forgot my vegetables and my order had someone's else's burger with mine, I will not be back, I tipped 6.00 for carry out as well, everyone was nice but apparently no one is doing their job! I knew there was a reason I've never been there after living in jonesboro since 1969. "Mam, I eat her a lot and I have never seen a meatloaf this broken up, small and unattractive before (open container) AND I'm missing the vegetable medley.

We were dining in there on Labor Day. Drove approximately 35 miles to eat there. Husband ordered the fish and fries basket. I ordered the Chicken Strip Basket, we also got chips and salsa. Waitress was very nice . My Chicken strip basket had hair in it. I told the waitress and she took my food back, I did not want a replacement because by then, it was sickening. At least the manager could have come over to our table to see if anything could be done, but did not. Not very good management. We paid for the fish and fries basket & chips , salsa, which we should have not had to pay for anything. They were not extremely busy at the time we went. So I really don't understand the management of the situation. Not pleased at the situation so could not say if would go back or not. I feel like our local newspaper, The Jonesboro Sun readers should know about the no service & lack of concern of your restaurant to customers.

walked in 8/14/2015,7:15 pm was seated waited and waited on some one to ask if we needed anything,waiters were all at the counter snacking and talking,couple walks in has a seat next to my family and they go right to them we still waiting,we decided to leave kids love eating there and never had bad time.

My first visit to Fat City Grill was Monday March 30, 2014.The good was great....the server was less than pleasant and made us feel she didn't want to serve us We had to stop her several times to ask for items we needed. If she had done her job we would not have had to do so.We ordered chicken wings as an appetizer and had to ask another employee
for saucers to eat them on. The customers that sat behind us were treated with a totally different attitude. They were White we are Black. I'm not sure I'll ever go back.......great good...

The food is great, but is rather pricey for what it is. The menu is misleading. The prices are for the entrees and sides are not included. Even a simple fries on the side is not included with the burgers. Other than being over priced, the service is great and the menu is very eclectic.
